In 1994 I “retired” and moved to Florida to enjoy the golf and sunshine.
I bought a home in a leased lot community and soon began selling homes in the community I moved into. Over time that expanded into selling throughout Polk County. So much for retirement! Prior to 1994 I was the owner of Alacrity Property Services, a Homeowner Association Management firm, managing an average of 40 communities at all times. I held a Florida Community Association Management license and I am currently a licensed Realtor and I hold a Broker’s license for the resale of Manufactured Homes in leased-lot communities. As I have listed and sold homes throughout Polk County I have an intimate knowledge of the communities, their requirements and the home values. My commitment is first, foremost and always to our clients.
